OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY

Everyone at North Tarrant Family Dentistry is happy to help you with your dental needs; that includes being able to provide you an appointment when needed. Patients failing to attend scheduled appointments otherwise, known as a “NO SHOW”, hinders our ability to assist other patients in need. In an effort to combat this issue, please read the following policy:

· If your appointment is missed without providing a 48 hour notice, you may be subject to a $50 deposit in order to schedule in the future.

· You may be dismissed from the practice if you repeatedly "NO SHOW" for scheduled appointments without providing sufficient notice.
